主讲人：

　　雷镇环，美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校政治学和公共政策助理教授，北京大学国家发展研究院访问学者。主要研究方向为比较政治制度（中国政治制度、中美制度对比、以及政治选拔）、比较政治经济学（政府公共投资的政治逻辑）和国际政治（外交系统中的官僚和人事逻辑）。研究发表或即将见刊于Comparative Political Studies, Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of Political Institutions and Political Economy, the Journal of Politics, Studies in Comparative International Development。
