Lei Zhenhuan, Assistant Professor of Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Visiting Scholar at Peking University's National School of Development. His main research areas include comparative political systems (Chinese political system, Sino-U.S. system comparison, and political selection), comparative political economy (political logic of government public investment), and international politics (bureaucracy and personnel logic in the diplomatic system). His research has been published or is forthcoming in Comparative Political Studies, Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of Political Institutions and Political Economy, the Journal of Politics, and Studies in Comparative International Development.
